Weight Watchers Pancakes – Desserts Recipes With Smartpoints

This weight watchers pancake recipe is made with sugar-free syrup and low-fat cream cheese that makes it just 4 SmartPoints per serving!

With a little flavor of cinnamon, you can add all your favorite seasonal fruits, nuts and berries to make it healthier and delicious than ever.

I usually have it for quick family breakfast and believe me it is the tastiest way to let your kids have all the fruits without even recognizing!

Ingredient List:

  • 60 grams low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free raspberry or blueberry fruit syrup
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • Seasonal fruits of your choice
  • Nuts and seeds if desired

Tools Required to Prepare Pancakes:

  • Non-stick pan
  • A medium-sized bowl
  • Beater hand mixer
  • Spoons

Instruction – How to Make:

  • In a medium-sized bowl mix eggs and cream cheese and beat them to a creamy thick consistency.
  • Add sugar-free fruit syrup and cinnamon powder in the egg mixture and mix it well so that it spreads evenly in the whole mixture.
  • Heat some butter in a non-stick pan and lower the heat and add 2 to 3 spoons of the egg mixture to the pan and make it in a round thick layer.
  • Turn upside down once the crepe turns golden brown on the lower side.
  • Remove the cooked crepe once both sides have turned nice golden brown.
  • Add on your favorite fruits, nuts, and berries with a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
