Weight Watchers Chocolate Brownies – WW Desserts Recipe

Weight watchers chocolate brownies are a bliss that you can enjoy while dieting or eating healthy.

Their amazing taste won’t let you believe that you are having diet food. It is too low in calories and carbs that I can have it twice a day without any guilt!

I made them with 90% unsweetened dark chocolate along with stevia for natural sweetness.

Although, it’s healthy so don’t hesitate to share with your kids as I am sure they are going to love it.

Ingredients Required for Making Chocolate Brownies:

You will require these ingredients.

  • 55 grams unsalted butter
  • 30 grams unsweetened dark chocolate
  • 40 grams of cocoa powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 150 grams xylitol sweetener
  • 70 grams fresh almond oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon stevia extract or tablets
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Tools Required for Preparation:

  • Whisk
  • Kitchen knife set
  • Beater
  • Medium-sized bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Brownie mold
  • Oven

Instruction – How to Cook:

  • Firstly, preheat your oven to 170 ° C top/bottom.
  • Separate whole eggs into two-part i.e. egg whites and yolk. Beat egg whites with a beater until they become foamy.
  • In another bowl add pieces of dark chocolate and butter and melt them together.
  • Now slowly add cocoa powder into the butter mixture and stir it thoroughly with a hand mixer.
  • Thereafter, add all the left. Butter will become very firm.
  • Now, gently fold the mixture in beaten egg whites and here you are ready with the dough.
  • If desired, can add crushed almonds and walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into brownie mold and smooth out from the upper side.
  • Bake it for 20 minutes at 170 degrees. Enjoy!
