  • 1 and ¼ small spoon of paprika
  • 1 large head of cauliflower

Instructions to be followed for making cauliflower mac and cheese:

  1. Start to preheat the oven at 375F degrees
  2. Coat an 8×8 baking dish with butter or nonstick spray properly
  3. Now, cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Then steam it for 4-5 mins until it becomes barely tender. Remove the cauliflower pieces from the heat and drain them properly. Make sure to pat dry it with paper towels and keep the dried cauliflower pieces aside.
  4. Take a large bowl or pot, put the heavy cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, and paprika into it and start mixing everything properly. Heat the mixture under medium flame until it becomes smooth in texture. Keep stirring the mixture well and continue heating it.
  5. Now, after you have prepared the sauce and also the cauliflower pieces, put the dried cauliflower pieces into the sauce and mix it well. Now, toss all the pieces to get it coated properly.
  6. Pour into the baking dish and start baking it for 20 – 30 mins at least. Keep baking it until the top looks golden brown and also looks bubbly.
