  • 300 gms of crushes tomatoes
  • One mozzarella ball
  • Fresh herbs(either from your garden or market)

  • Cutting board
  • Kitchen knife
  • Spatula or spoon
  • Casserole dish (you may use another type of similar-looking dish as well)

PROCEDURE – How to Cook:

Preheat your medium-sized pan and sauté 300gms of minced meat until it is completely cooked. One of the simplest ways to understand if meat is cooked or not is that you will notice that meat is getting a brownish caramelized layer; this is when meat soaks the excess water letting the moisture soften the meat.

After cooking meat base add mashed tomatoes and herbs (as per your taste), you can even utilize oregano flakes for taste. Cut the zucchini into thin equal size pieces of layer and long strips. Once you have done your base ready, it’s time to proceed for the final baking.

Make it a notable point that you require to bake the lasagna for about 30 minutes. Take the baking dish, and gently spread all the sauce mixture, make sure that the bottom and the upper layer are completely covered with sauce.

Now sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over it and bake it in oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
