Ingredients required for making garlic parmesan cauliflower rice:
- Cauliflower rice, 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice is enough
- You will need 3 spoons full of butter
- You will also need some minced garlic, 1 spoon will be enough
- Grated parmesan almost ⅓ cup
- To enhance the taste you will need some salt and pepper
- And to garnish the rice, you will need some red pepper flakes

- For making the garlic parmesan cauliflower rice, you will need a microwave and a microwave-safe bowl. Then, following the instructions given on the packet of the frozen cauliflower rice, cook it in the microwave and take it out just a minute before which is mentioned on the packet. Make sure to take it out on time because afterward, it may get overcooked
- For the second step, you will need to saute the minced garlic in butter. To do this, take a medium-sized skillet and add the butter to it. When the butter is completely melted, put the minced garlic into it and start sauteing the garlic for about 1 minute on medium heat.
- Now, you will need to cook the cauliflower rice again. To do that, just take a pan and add the cauliflower rice which you have almost cooked into the microwave and start cooking it again for about 2 – 3 mins. Make sure to stir the rice so that it does not start to stick or get burned. Keep checking the cauliflower rice because it can get overcooked easily.
- Now, after cooking the cauliflower rice you need to add some parmesan cheese into the rice and make sure to mix it well. After mixing the cheese with the rice, check the rice and also the taste of the dish which you have almost prepared. After tasting the dish, you can add salt and pepper according to your taste and requirements. If you like less salt in the dish then do not add extra salt.
